Overview

MaverickApp, LLC (“MaverickApp,” “we” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. We have created this Privacy Policy to explain who we are, how we collect, use, and share information about you (“Personal Information”), and how you can exercise your privacy rights. If you have any questions after reading this policy, please do not hesitate to contact us.

This policy applies to information collected on our website, and through any of our online and mobile applications, services, software, and tools (collectively, “Services”) where this policy is referenced.

This Privacy Policy is also incorporated in and in conjunction with our Terms of Service. By using our Services, you agree to such terms of service and the terms of this Privacy Policy, and consent to the processing of your Personal Information.

Why We Collect Information

We think it is important to let you know from the outset why we collect your information. The Personal Information we collect when you use our Services helps us to (i) provide our Services to you; (ii) process transactions; (iii) respond to your requests or correspondence; (iv) learn about our users’ interests with respect to our Service features, performance, and support; (v) customize your experience through your use of the content and tools offered with our Services; (vi) enhance and develop the Services; (vii) protect and enforce our rights, your rights, and the rights of our users and third parties; and (viii) market our various products and services to you through newsletters, promotional e-mails or push notifications.

What Information We May Collect

When you use our Services, you trust us with your Personal Information. Personal Information is any information that can be used to identify a particular individual, including traditional identifiers, such as name, address, email address, and telephone number, as well as non-traditional identifiers, such as unique device identifiers and Internet Protocol (IP) addresses.

Below are examples of personal information we collect when you use our Services:

User Provided Information. We obtain certain information when you provide it to us: for example, if you setup an account profile, participate in a discussion board, or report a problem on our website or mobile applications, you may provide such information as your name, email address and place of employment. Some of this information can be used by us to identify or contact you directly and is sometimes referred to as personally identifiable information (“PPI”).

Information Provided from Use of Our Services. MaverickApp also collects non-personally identifiable information from users of our Services. Non-personally identifiable information is information that typically cannot by itself be used to identify a particular person or entity, such as your IP address, unique device identifiers, anonymous IDs for advertising, operating system, mobile network information, browser type, existing applications, browsing activity and non-precise device location information (e.g., city or region).

MaverickApp Login. By logging into our Services, you grant us access to information you provided during your account profile setup.

User Generated Content. We collect information generated by our clients, such as customer information and database content. Such information is governed by our Terms of Service.

Analytics Information. We use third-party analytics tools to help us measure traffic and usage trends for our Services. These tools collect information sent by your device or our Services, including the web pages you visit, add-ons you use, and other information that assists us in improving our Services. We collect and use this analytics information with analytics information from other users so that it cannot reasonably be used to identify any particular user.

Cookies and Similar Technologies. We may use cookies and similar technologies like pixels, web beacons, and local storage to collect information about your use of our Services. Cookies are small amounts of information stored in files within your computer’s browser. Device identifiers are information about the devices you use to access websites and services, including IP addresses, device-specific information, and device-provided information. Web beacons are small graphic objects or pixels embedded in web pages.

We may also ask advertisers or other partners to serve ads or services to your devices, which may use cookies or similar technologies placed by us or the third party.

Log file information. Log file information is automatically reported by your browser each time you make a request to access (i.e., visit) a web page or mobile application. It can also be provided when the content of the web page or application is downloaded to your browser or device.

When you use our Services, our servers automatically record certain log file information, including your web request, IP address, browser type, referring / exit pages and URLs, number of clicks and how you interact with links on the Service, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed, and other such information. We may also collect similar information from emails sent to our users which then help us track which emails are opened and which links are clicked by recipients. The information allows for more accurate reporting and improvement of our Services.

Metadata. Metadata is technical data associated with user content. For example, Metadata can describe how, when and by whom a piece of user content was collected and how that content is formatted.

Device Information. When you access our Services on your wireless device, we may obtain information from your wireless carrier about the type of device you are using. We may use this information to notify you about what type of features, products, and other services we offer that may be available to you on your device.

Mobile Phone Number. Certain features of our Services may require our collection of the phone number of your device. We may associate that phone number with the mobile device identification information. We will not use that number for telemarketing, nor will we sell or rent such information to third parties for similar use.

Location. Depending on your service provider, we may automatically receive general location information when you use our Services. In the future, if we begin to offer Services that use technology that pinpoints precise geolocation, we will ensure that we have your consent (by opting-in) before doing so. We may use and store this information to provide enhanced location-based Services as well as to serve location-targeted advertising without your express opt-in, which includes communication to third-party service providers who have agreed with MaverickApp to keep such information confidential and only use such information to the extent necessary to perform our Services as we require.

Google User Data. When using our services, we may collect Google User Data. For example, the data we may collect about you will be what you have provided to us, including your name, cell phone number, address, etc.

How We May Use Your Information

User Provided Information. We use your PII in the file we maintain about you, and other information we obtain from your current and past use the Services to: deliver the products and services that you have requested, manage your account, provide you with customer support, communicate with you about products or services that may be of interest to you, and monitor compliance with the rules governing our Services. We do not sell, rent, or lease your PII to third parties.

Non-Personally Identifiable Information from Your Use of Services. MaverickApp analyzes the non-personally identifiable information collected from users of our Services to help better understand how our Services are being used and to help tailor content and advertising across the Services. By recognizing patterns and trends in usage, we can better design the Services to improve users’ experiences, both in terms of content and ease of use. We also may share non-personally identifiable information with third parties, including, for example, advertisers, advisors, analytics providers, and investors, for the purpose of conducting business.

How We May Share Your Information

MaverickApp will never sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as provided in this policy. We may, however, share your personal information in the following ways:

Affiliates may use this information to help provide, understand, and improve the Services (including by providing analytics) and Affiliates’ own services (including by providing you with better and more relevant experiences).

We work with and use the services of certain third parties in providing you with our Services. We may share your Personal Information, as well as information obtained from cookies, log files, device identifiers and the like, with the third-party service providers (“TPSP”) that help us to provide our Services. TPSP will be given access to your information as is reasonably necessary to provide the Services under reasonably confidential terms. Information shared with TPSP is subject to their respective privacy policies. MaverickApp does not control the privacy policies of any third parties and is not liable for the actions or conduct of any such parties. Please be sure to carefully read any such third-party privacy policies.

We may also share certain information such as cookie data with third-party advertising partners. This information will allow third-party ad networks to, among other things, deliver targeted advertisements that they believe will be of most interest to you. We may also remove parts of data that can identify you and share anonymized data with other parties. We may also combine your information with other information in a way that is no longer associated with you and share that aggregated information.

How Information is Handled in Change of Control

You will continue to own your Personal Information. The buyer or transferee will have to honor the commitments we have made in this Privacy Policy.
